The results of the two tests were correlated using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) version 17, to obtain the person product moment correlation coefficient (rho) of 0.90. The analysis of the results was carried out on the 35 valid copies of the questionnaire. Findings showed that technical teachers need retraining in all the areas of Competences Needs in Radio Communication Modules such as choosing appropriate instrument for fault detection and clearing in a radio receiver.
